We are seeking highly motivated, professionals for the following position:

INJECTION MOLDING SUPERVISOR 2nd Shift

Immediate opening for a Motivated Team player with 6 years plus with injection molding supervisor experience. Must have supervisory experience in injection molding company, and knowledge of injection molding machines, thermoplastic resins and manufacturing processes. Will be responsible for Quality, On Time Delivery, 2nd shift personnel, safety, security and cleanliness of department. Must be proficient with computers, ability to schedule and plan production to meet all customers requirements. Must be a quick learner, have excellent communications skills verbal and written, be organized, dependable, flexible and able to work without supervision. Ability to make decisions to meet all company and customers policies, requirements and goals. Ability to motivate employees and work well with all level of employees and department. Must have AS degree in management or equivalent.
