We are seeking highly motivated, professionals for the following position:

Assembly Lead Person 2nd shift

Responsible to lead the personnel in a clean room assembly, oversee Quality and Production. Must have excellent people skills, leading experience, team player and excellent attendance. Must have manufacturing experience and knowledge of procedures and processes, safety procedures. Must have measuring equipment experience, excellent communication skills and ability to motivate others. College degree is a plus. Human Resources Coordinator

Candidate must have 2 plus years experience in a Human Resources position. Must be organized, detail oriented, experience in recruitment, interviewing, must have excellent associate relation skills, great communication skills and proficient with computers. Must have good knowledge of State/Federal laws. Working experience of COBRA, Workers Comp, unemployment and Benefits and confidentiality capability is a must. Associates Degree in Human Resources or Business is a must.
